ADJUSTABLE
GRAPHIC DISPLAY DG25

New control panel with a graphic display that works instead of the display AGDISP16 or numerical keyboard AGDISP25. It is connected to the same connector PD2 of the unit through a 26 way cable (it is different from the 30 Way cable used for the other display).
The main function of this terminal is to be able to divide the memory of the captures among more organists with the password security besides the possibility to have a menu in different languages to select all the functions.
The use is very simple and evident for the organist because the function of the key is visualized on the monitor dynamically. With the rotation of the knob (encoder) it is possible to set up all the alphanumerics easily.

DISPLAY READOUTS 999 LEVELS AGDISP16

Using this simple-to-install LED display, up to 999 levels of adjustable pistons can be stored and selected by the organist. The maximum number of programmable levels ultimately depends on the number of pistons per department (numbered from 1 to 16).
The [+] and [-] buttons either side of the display are used to move levels up or down one unit at a time. Simultaneously pressing the opposite button moves the levels by a whole ten units, enabling all settings to be found quickly and easily.
Displays can also be connected to a key-operated switch to lock combinations stored at any level, together with the order of stops set by the organist on the crescendo function.

DIGITAL NUMERICAL KEYBOARD AGDISP25

Instead of the display AGDISP it is possible to use this keyboard that allows to gain straight access to the desired level. It is totally self governing with the same connection via flat and it can have all the controls for captures.
In any case it is always possible, to connect the piston 1-16 and the controls as SET and CANCEL, INCREASE or DECREASE through input board. If they are connected they work in the same way to the buttons of the numerical keyboard.

MANAGEMENT OF THE CHIP-CARD FOR STORING COMBINATIONS

Using the chip-card, sequences of adjustable combinations can be stored, taken away and read subsequently. The display version must be ordered with the AGDISP16 CARD or AGDISP25-CARD.type reader.

PROGRAMMABLE CRESCENDO

This function consists simply of 4 illuminated push-buttons, connected by a flat 10 way cable directly to the adjustable piston level display. It enables the organist to pre-set and select 3 different crescendos, or select another pre-programmed by the organ builder on installation.
The four illuminated push-buttons are marked CRES STD (for the crescendo pre-set by the organ builder) with CRES 1, CRES 2 and CRES 3 controlling the crescendos programmable by the organist.
The function is programmed using the adjustable piston level display and the SET and CANCEL push-buttons.
A personal computer is not required to programme the crescendos or the level freeze key
.

TRANSPOSER

TRASPOSER
Mounted on a brass plate, this device enables the organist to transpose up to 4 semitones below and 3 semitones above unison.

SLIDERS & LED BARS for CRESCENDO - EXPRESSIONS

Both crescendo and swell pedals can be provided with two modes of operation:
a set of sliding contacts and an analogue encoder, programmed using the ORGDRIVE configuration programme.

ANALOGUE ENCODER
A sliding linear potentiometer is linked to the crescendo pedal via a suitable connector at the back of the frame. The required number of steps and display lamps are programmed on configuration.
Characteristics: Conducting slider, Track 50 mm, Cable length: 2M

LED BAR
Each with 31 LEDs, bars can be supplied in three different colours:
Red: CR16R
Yellow: CR16G
Green: CR16V
The bars can also be used to display up to three swell shutter positions.

POCKET FOR P TABLE MODIFICATION

This is a small portable terminal with a keyboard and LCD display, used at the set-up stage of the organ and to modify the TUTTI’S settings.
It is connected to the central processor by means of the P2-POCKET connector on the ORGVIEM serial card. By the use of this device, the organ-builder can modify information such as Tutti’s configuration, crescendo etc. without the needing of a laptop

TRAPSOUND MUSICAL EXCERPT RECORDER

The TSxx TRAPSOUND can both record and reproduce excerpts or entire concerts. Simply connected by serial bus to the ORGDRIVE system, it can be controlled remotely by radio or by cable. Easily installed and highly reliable, it opens the following possibilities:
• Recording of concerts
• Use of the organ for services - even in the absence of the organist
• Opportunity for organists to re-hear and perfect their playing

MIDI INTERFACE

MIDI (Musical Instrument Digital Interface) is a communication language and hardware specification standard that enables compliant pieces of equipment to communicate with one another.

The ORGDRIVE-MIDI card can transmit and receive these signals using the MIDI IN and MIDI OUT ports, and thereby connect to devices like keyboards, sequencers and personal computers.
MIDI interfaces for the ORGDRIVE system, in both MULTI-CABLE and MONO-CABLE versions, can be ordered with a system or subsequently added to an existing installation by the organ builder on his premises.

CONNECTION VIA RADIO

Radio connection entirely eliminates the screened cable that connects the MASTER processor in the console with the SLAVE processor in the organ – allowing the console to be moved without the need for additional sockets.
Systems can be provided that allow for connection by both cable and radio. The selection is made automatically with the insertion of the cable: when the cable is unplugged, the connection is made by radio.

STATIC KEYBOARD WITH HALL SENSORS

The STATIC KEYBOARD WITH HALL SENSORS allows the position of each key to be divided into 128 individual values.
When used with the STANDARD ORGDRIVE System it allows traditional key contacts to be completely eliminated, increasing reliability. Moreover, the attack and release settings for each key can be changed electronically in one setting with no need for adjustment at the keys.
With the PROPORTIONAL SYSTEM, the sensors actually regulate the opening speed of the pallets according to the downward motion of the keys.
Using the ORGDRIVE software key settings can be adjusted and zeroed automatically, directly compensating for movements in temperature and any mechanical inaccuracies in the keyboards themselves. Other advantages are:
- A completely static system, with no contacts to oxidise over time.
- Ease of installation and simplicity of wiring: it is no longer necessary to connect all the wires from the contacts to the input strips.
- Using the adjustable pistons display on the console, the operation and control of every individual key can be checked.

- With the adjustable pistons display connected directly to the ORGMTI strip, the signals from every sensor can be checked and analysed on installation.
- An adaptable, flexible system: the point of attack and release can be adjusted to suit the response speed of any organ or wind-chest.

TUNING KEYBOARD

The tuning keyboard can simulate an instrument’s keyboards and stops (up to 8 manuals and 256 registers) and allow it to be tuned from any convenient position without using the console. Two models are available:
ORGTAF is linked by a screened cable to the connector of the serial line of the frame installed behind the organ. This model requires an independent 220V mains supply, so to avoid pulling out the connector at the rear of the central processor we recommended that a SERIAL SELECTOR (ORGTAS) card is installed in an accessible place.
ORGTAR comes fitted with a rechargeable battery and connects by radio to the central processor.

SWELL SHUTTER CONTROL SYSTEM

Two models are available:
ESP97A (Standard type)
ESP97M (Free reed type)
.
Both are supplied in two parts:
- The CONTROL CENTRE is a sturdy sheet-metal box with an opening door containing an electronic card and a supply transformer (dimensions 200x400x120).
- The ENGAGEMENT SYSTEM consists of a solid oak box containing a motor and a rack-and-pinion gearing that transmits the movement of the reed to the swell shutter mechanism. The EST97M model contains an electro-magnet that engages the gearing of the motor with the rack on the reed when the system is switched on.

ADJUSTABLES MODULE

THE ADJUSTABLES MODULE is a simple pre-programmed device with a limited number of inputs and outputs, designed specially to manage adjustable combinations in mechanical organs.
The system consists simply of two or three cards (according to the model), assembled in an anodised aluminium container to guarantee shielding from electrostatic discharges.

CONSOLE POWER SUPPLY

A 15-volt supply for the adjustable magnets and the lamps on the console.
The following models are available:
- model ORGPS20 max. current: 20A (up to 50 plates)
- model ORGPS25 max. current: 25A (over 50 plates)

STOP CONTROL CARD

An easily-adjustable card for controlling soundboard slider magnets.
Technical characteristics:
- supply voltage: 12V – 24V
- adjustment of the force with trimmer
- excitement time: 0.8 sec
- over-excitement option at start of movement selectable with DIP SWITCHES
