AUTOMAZIONI is a company with many years’ experience in
the design of hardware and software for electronic industrial equipment.
Our products and market orientation are conceived with an eye to working
together with manufacturers in the development of ad hoc systems to enhance
the performance, safety, and reliability of their machinery.
The company carries out all the system hardware and software design in-house,
together with the programmable support logic. Similarly, microprocessors
are carefully chosen according to the complexity of each product.
Our company is equipped with emulators and advanced languages suitable
for the following:
- MOTOROLA 8
and 16 bit microprocessor types 68HC908, 68HC11, 68HC16 etc.
- ZILOG microprocessor types Z80, Z180, Z8
- SGS microprocessor type ST6.
- ALTERA MAX 7000 and 9000 series programmable logic arrays.
The company’s
products and services cover ad hoc product engineering, supply and production
alongside support, repair, and updating.
We make exclusive use of high-quality components purchased directly from
certified suppliers, while assembly is entrusted to specialised companies
with suitable equipment. All quality control is carried out in-house using
instruments and test benches specially developed alongside each product.

PRODUCTS
BASED ON CUSTOMER SPECIFICATIONS:
The most important products developed in collaboration with the CUSTOMER
and based on its specifications are:
- Design and production of automatic payment systems using magnetic cards
and/or chip-cards.
- Design and production of position control equipment used on machine
tools, welding machines, and bending machines.
- Design and production of frequency control cards used on single or three
phase electricity generators. The generators are made up of TURBINE-ALTERNATOR
units and operate in the 0.5 to 200 KW range.
- Design and productions of cards for the control of airborne platforms
with connections between land-based and airborne components by means of
RS232 optical and infrared serial systems without the use of cables.
